All customised products, including printed t-shirts, photo frames, and personalised gifts, are made to order. The estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. courier issues, natural events) may occur, and we appreciate your understanding.

2. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only if:

• The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

• The product is unused and in its original condition.

• The product label and packaging are intact.

Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for used or damaged items caused by the customer. Please contact us via email or our website to initiate a return.

4. Usage Restrictions

We currently offer delivery only within India. We do not provide international shipping at this time.

6. Product Customisation Disclaimer
Since most items are personalised, slight variations in print, colour, or placement may occur. These are not considered defects.
